Martha uncovered
This week, a judge granted domestic diva Martha Stewart's request to enter a federal prison as soon as possible to serve out her sentence for lying to investigators about a stock sale. As Stewart prepares to disappear from the public eye for five months, her name itself has begun shrinking or disappearing from the covers of some of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia's publications, including Martha Stewart Living, Martha Stewart: The Catalog for Living and Martha Stewart Kids (now simply called Kids). The company isn't downplaying the changes. In fact, it launched a campaign last month urging advertisers to "take a new look at Living" and saying they've "made a 'good thing' even better." No word on whether Stewart will be able to check out the publications from the prison library.
