Promotions and new on the job

• Peggy Gruenke has joined the Cincinnati Bar Association as director of membership. Gruenke holds bachelor degrees in computer science, math and history from Xavier University.

• Shanelle Hinkle-Moore has joined Professions Inc., International, a search and recruiting firm, as executive recruiter in Cincinnati.

• Mark Trinkle has been named vice president, business development for the employee benefits and commercial property and casualty division at Acordia Inc., a Wells Fargo Co. affiliate headquartered in Chicago. Based in the Cincinnati office, Trinkle will be responsible for generating new business, customer retention and the financial success in both divisions of the Cincinnati and Dayton offices. He graduated with a bachelor's degree from Ohio Northern University. He has been in the insurance industry for 17 years, with experience in sales and commercial underwriting experience.

• Diane Carr has joined the Educational Theatre Association, professional organization for theater educators, as events manager and Nancy L. Brown to director of events.

• Brad R. Wilder has joined The Fitzgerald Torbeck Bult Group of UBS Financial Services Inc. as a customer service associate.

• George J. Stump has been named vice president at Fifth Third Bank. Stump joined Fifth Third in 1988 and serves as vice president and loan review manager. He is responsible for oversight of daily credit department functions and review of the administrator portfolio. He was a commercial lender. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance and economics from the University of Kentucky.

• Cindy A. Mustard has joined Crestmark Bank as vice president for business development in the Cincinnati region.

• Alan Hook has been named vice president of sales for Student Loan Funding; Joe Fries, regional account executive; and Denny Montrella, regional account executive.

• Linda Imonti has been named vice president of business transformation services in the customer management group at Convergys. Imonti is responsible for working with sales in securing contracts and improving business transformation value and market positioning. She earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from San Francisco State University.

• Horizon Productions Inc. has received the Outstanding Web site Award for Corporate Web Site Excellence from Web Marketing Association.

• The Alois Alzheimer Center has received a National Quality Award from the American Health Care Association. The award recognizes the Alois Alzheimer Center for its strong commitment to organization-wide quality and performance excellence.

Expansions

• Carespring Health Care Management has opened its newest facility, Heritagespring of West Chester Health Care Center & Rehabilitation at 8160 Hamilton-Mason Road.

• The Langsford Center, a private learning clinic, has opened a satellite office within Cornerstone Montessori School in Dayton, Ky. This is the center's sixth location including four in the Louisville, metro area.

• First Watch Restaurant has opened its seventh restaurant in the Greater Cincinnati area in Union Place, 6355 Centre Park Drive, West Chester Township. This is the company's 15th restaurant in Ohio and brings the total number of First Watch Restaurants to 52.

New businesses

• Sidewinder Coffee & Tea has opened a new shop at 4181 Hamilton Ave, Northside. The shop will serve fair-trade coffee and espresso drinks, teas, bagels and sandwiches, muffins and other sweet treats.
