Learn and live: Dr. Marisa Weiss, radiation oncologist and founder of Living Beyond Breast Cancer, is the keynote speaker at the Breast Cancer Alliance of Greater Cincinnati's 10th educational seminar and luncheon. The event begins at 8 a.m. Oct. 9 at the Westin, downtown.
Weiss will discuss rebuilding a life after breast cancer and the doctor/patient relationship.
M. Carolina Hinestrosa, executive vice president of the National Breast Cancer Coalition, will discuss the importance of advocacy in eradicating breast cancer.
