Police seek to question man in thefts

OAKLEY - Cincinnati police are asking for help finding a purse-snatcher who has struck twice this week in the parking lots of two stores off Ridge Road.
One theft took place Tuesday outside Sam's Warehouse and another at 11 a.m. Wednesday outside the nearby Target store.
Police also want to question Christopher Steven Justice, a 33-year-old white male who is 5-foot-10, weighs 190 to 200 pounds, and has red hair and green eyes. He may also have a beard.
He may be driving a stolen gold Chevy S10 truck with Minnesota plates CVF451. The truck has extensive damage to the front driver's side.
