Screenings: Bigg's and St. Elizabeth Hospital will offer free exams in a mobile mammography van from 10 to noon Saturday at the Florence bigg's, 4874 Houston Road. No appointment is necessary.
Balance: Future Life Now, 4124 Hamilton Ave., Northside, will hold a seven-week Up 'n Down class 9:30 to 11 a.m. Mondays beginning next Monday. The class will focus on improving balance. $84 with pre-registration. (513) 541-5720.
Nominees: LifeCenter Organ Donor Network is accepting nominations for its second "Champions for Life" award to recognize outstanding work in health care or transplants by medical professions, organ recipients, donor families, volunteers or community advocates. Sign up: The University of Cincinnati's Department of Environmental Health is signing up men and women diagnosed with breast cancer for its Breast Cancer Registry.
