The Enquirer
Going Out
20/20 Festival
Everything That Moves, 5-8 p.m. today, a dance showcase with performances by local dance schools and institutions. Cincinnati Ballet Center, 1555 Central Parkway, West End. Free. (513) 621-5219.
New releases
Hush hush: East Coast post-grunge quartet Good Charlotte releases The Chronicles of Life & Death (Sony; $18.98).
String rhythm: Tom Waits returns from the studio with Real Gone (Epitaph; $17.98).
Musical movement: R.E.M.'s latest effort is Around the Sun (Warner Brothers; $18.98).
Top country: George Strait releases the two-disc set 50 #1's (MCA Nashville; $24.98).
Truth in advertising: William Shatner's second album in 36 years, Has Been, now available (Shout! Factory; $18.98).
DVD picks: The most successful - and hotly debated - documentary ever made leads the list of titles today, says Enquirer film critic Margaret A. McGurk. Director Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11, a scathing critique of the Bush administration's policy on Iraq, made more than $175 million worldwide at the box office, and Moore insisted it be released on home video before the November election. For those who prefer escapism, Disney releases a special two-disc edition of Aladdin loaded with extras.
