His opponent, Democratic appeals judge William O'Neill of Warren, reported raising $25,406 for a total of $34,196.
Chief Justice Thomas Moyer, seeking a fourth six-year term, raised $152,455 for a total of $1.28 million in cash on hand.
His opponent, Municipal Judge Ellen Connally of Cleveland, raised $32,809 for a total of $104,949.
