Have a bite with Jane Seymour

Actress Jane Seymour (Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman) is coming to town and she wants to have lunch with you. But first you have to buy one of her paintings.

Seymour has been gaining fame lately with her watercolors and oil paintings, mostly landscapes and seascapes. Anyone purchasing one is automatically invited to have lunch with her Saturday.

Her artwork, priced from $500 to $5,000, is on display now at the Design Consortium Gallery, 2012 Madison Road, O'Bryonville. The opening reception, a $60 a ticket benefit for the Multiple Sclerosis Society, is 6-9 p.m. Friday. There's also a benefit Saturday dinner and a Sunday brunch. Call 321-1800 for info and reservations.
