Worker shocked, injured

A man was shocked and burned early Sunday morning while trying to repair a transformer in the parking lot below the Provident Bank building in downtown Cincinnati.
The man, whose name was not released, suffered third-degree burns on his arms and forehead, according to a spokesman with the Cincinnati Fire Department. The victim was treated at University Hospital.
The incident, which occurred about 2:30 a.m., remains under investigation.
