She might owe him her household name status, but according to a recent survey, more New York college students would rather room with Kelly Ripa than Regis Philbin, her Live With Regis and Kelly co-host.
An Educational Housing Services survey reports that 32 percent of students polled would like to share an abode with Ripa, while only 1 percent chose Philbin.
Conan O'Brien, Jon Stewart, David Letterman and Tony Danza followed Ripa in the survey released by EHS, a provider of private student housing in New York.
On another question, 47 percent picked Sarah Jessica Parker as the celebrity they'd like to show them around New York.
