Promotions and new on the job
Bob West has been named vice president and chief information security officer at Fifth Third Bank. West earned a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and a master's degree from North Central College, Naperville, Ill.
BabyFit.com, an online fitness and nutrition program for pregnant women, has added experts from the Childbirth Education Association of Cincinnati to its advisory board: Zita Jeanmougin, RN; Sue Effler, RN; and Sarah Hambridge, physical therapist at a sports medicine clinic in Cincinnati.
Chris Hill has joined office furniture dealer OstermanCron as an account executive. Hill earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from Northern Kentucky University.

Margaret Anneken and Kristen Wiltanger have joined Empower MediaMarketing as growth directors.
Andrew C. Shaw has been named executive chef of Five Seasons Sports Country Club in Northern Kentucky. Shaw was sous chef in 2003 after working from 1997 to 2003 at China Gourmet in Hyde Park, starting as a server and later becoming manager of the front of the house, and as a prep cook.
Molly Williams has joined Mercy Hospital Clermont as manager of rehabilitation services. Williams earned her undergraduate and master's degrees in physical therapy at the College of Mount St. Joseph and received specialized training in sports medicine.
