The Yearlings hosted "Sunset on South Beach," a dinner and auction at Coconut Grove in Newport. Some 500 guests turned out to support the group's efforts to help the less fortunate in Northern Kentucky.
Guests nibbled on goodies from Wild Oats, Chez Nora, Bonefish Grill, Greyhound Tavern and UpStarCrow. They also had the chance to try their luck at a reverse raffle or dance to the Latin sounds of Salsa Caliente.
The evening was chaired by Kathy Carlotta, Lisa Martin and Karen Wesdorp. Sponsors included Firestone Building Products; Huntington Bank; Provident Bank; Riverpoint Capitol; Taft, Stettinius & Hollister and Toyota Motor Manufacturing Inc.
