Financial Corp. notes on sale
Cincinnati Financial Corp. said Wednesday it will sell $375 million worth of 30-year senior promissory notes at 6.125 percent. The Fairfield-based insurer said it would use about $128 million of the proceeds to pay off an inter-company debt to its Cincinnati Insurance Co. unit, $100 million for a headquarters expansion, $58 million to pay off a line of credit and the remainder for general purposes. The notes are now on sale. .
