The 34-year-old hip-hop mogul said he was disappointed President Bush and Democratic nominee John Kerry aren't campaigning in urban areas.

"If you look at the campaign schedules, they're not making time for these people," Combs said in Detroit.

Combs is in the midst of a six-city tour aimed at empowering minorities and young people to vote on Nov. 2, and had been joined by R&B crooner Mary J. Blige and actor Leonardo DiCaprio.
