Stabbing cancels Bogart's concert
The Enquirer
CORRYVILLE - A concert at Bogart's nightclub was canceled Monday night after a man was stabbed during a fight that occurred inside the club before the concert began.
A man in his 20s was taken to University Hospital for treatment of a stab wound that didn't appear to be life-threatening, police said. The fight, which occurred just after 10 p.m., involved a small group of people.
Officers were questioning a possible suspect late Monday, police said
The 300 to 350 people inside the nightclub evacuated in an orderly manner before the MTV2 Headbangers Ball featuring the band Cradle of Filth was set to start, police said.
Patrons were told to call the nightclub today to find out if the concert will be rescheduled, police said.
