MADISON TOWNSHIP - A 17-year-old boy was injured in a single-car crash on Woodsdale Road in Madison Township today.

Kevin S. Hall, no address available, was airlifted to Miami Valley Hospital from the crash scene. His condition was unavailable. There were no reports of any other injuries.

Butler County sheriff's deputies say Hall was driving a 1997 Eagle Talon south on Woodsdale about 7:44 a.m. when the car went off the left side of the roadway.

The car struck a utility pole supporting power lines, breaking the pole in half.

The accident caused temporary power outages in Liberty and Madison townships.

The crash remains under investigation.
