Awards will be presented in 30 categories, and many local rock, jazz, country, blues and alternative musicians will play. Performers include a reunion of the 1997 favorite band Cammy winner, the psychodots, an unplugged set by Blessid Union of Souls and a homecoming appearance by 1997 Cammy winner Noah Hunt, now a member of the Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band.

Tickets are $10 at Ticketmaster outlets or call 562-4949. Only 900 tickets will be sold.

The 1998 Cammy Awards will run 5-9 p.m. Doors open at 4 p.m.
