The Enquirer’s 21st annual Wish List campaign
Since 1986, donors have been generous, donating more than $2.8 million to the campaign that is sponsored by the newspaper and administered by United Way. All money is distributed to selected social-service agencies. Wishes are granted, then each agency receives leftover funds to assist clients with similar needs throughout the year.
