Matta hires former Miami assistant
Former Miami University assistant Sean Miller has joined Thad Matta's coaching staff at Xavier.
Miller, 32, was the top assistant to Herb Sendek at North Carolina State.
Matta and Miller coached together on Sendek's staff at Miami in the 1994-95 season.
Miller interviewed last month for the Robert Morris head coaching job, which was awarded to Xavier assistant Mark Schmidt.
