West definitely staying at XU
Center David West has told new coach Thad Matta he definitely will return to Xavier for his junior season.
The deadline for submitting for the NBA draft is Sunday.
West had said he might enter the draft after coach Skip Prosser left Xavier last month.
West, Atlantic 10 Player of the Year, has been invited to try out for USA Basketball's World University Games team. Tryouts are June1-3.
