Xavier's West Playboy All-American
Xavier junior center David West has been
named to the annual preseason 10-member Playboy All-America “Dream Team.”
The complete 10-member team, that will also include St. Joseph's senior guard Marvin O'Connor, will be announced this fall.
West and other members of the Playboy's preseason team flew to Chicago last weekend for a photo shoot, awards dinner and youth clinic.
West was the Atlantic 10 Player of the Year and honorable mention All-American last winter, averaging 17.8 points and 10.9 rebounds.
