Torraye Braggs, a 1998 Xavier University grad, was cut by the NBA Sacramento Kings. Braggs, who has played professionally in Spain and in the American Basketball Association, has played for a handful of NBA teams in preseason but not in a regular-season game.
       “We're talking to some NBA teams and some teams in Europe,” agent Mark Bartelstein said. “There's a lot of interest in him.”
