Xavier coaches are awaiting a pair of national letters of intent as the early signing period begins today and lasts until Nov. 20.
The Musketeers have verbal commitments from Justin Doellman, a 6-foot-8 forward from Ryle, and Robert Barker, a 6-foot-5 guard from Greensburg (Ind.). Doellman will sign his letter Thursday night at Ryle before basketball practice.
Barker and Doellman made their official visits to Xavier together, in mid-October. Barker was the first to commit in February. Doellman committed in May.
Xavier also has received an oral commitment from Indianapolis Pike senior Justin Cage, who will to attend a year of prep school and be a part of the 2004 freshman class, Pike coach Larry Bullington said.
